Electrical problem
1991 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic ? miles

Whenever I have the headlights on, the left turn signal doesn't work and sometimes the windshield wipers come on as well. I'm guessing its in the steering column.

I would recommend checking the multi function switch on the steering column. Also, check wiring in the steering column for damage.
