1989 Chevy Silverado Turn signal and brake lights

I have a 1989 Chevy pick-pu 2500, my front turn signals blink fast but the rear ones do not work, nor does my brake lights work. My emergency lights work normal in the front but not at all in the rear. I have replaced the flasher, fuses and bulbs.
