1989 Chevy Silverado Truck "pops" when I stop and

Whenever I come to a stop it feels like my truck pops, almost like the back end is dropping down. I have the same problem whenever I hit the gas too. I've changed the brakes and the problem still exists. I'm not sure where to start looking.

Start by making sure the rear axle is tight and there are no broken shackles and the main leafsprings are good.
