oil and coolant has mixed in my truck. i was just wondering what could be wrong with it?

sounds like a blown headgasket or a cracked head.

that is just about the only way oil gets in with the coolant unless of course the intake manifold gasket was bad and some coolant didnt manage to burn off and made it into the oil.
