1987 Chevy Silverado truck wont start

i have replaced fuel pump ecm fuel pump relay and ignition control module and still am not getting power to the fuel pump im assuming that i have a wiring issue is there anything else that could be wrong before i go chasing the wires

Have you checked the ECM B fuse the fuel pump relay gets its power from this fuse
