My 1980 Cheovrolet scottsdale has a 283 cid in it. I put it in the local shop for inspection and when i got it out it was unbelievably underpowered. It starts and idles fine but when driving has no power and when i push on the throttle it bogs down. It can barley get going faster then 60 KM. I replaced all the fluids, clean the fuel lines, cleaed the carborator, and replaced all the spark plugs. nothing fixes it and the problem is getting worse.
