S-10 no power

I am working on a 1995 s10 with a 2.2, standard shift, 2 wheel drive, with 116.000 miles.I have no power in it at all. With pedal to floor goes 3 miles a hour and make a racket of noises, I thought it was the timing belt but I checked it it fine, I did a compresson check, I have 120 on 1 st cylinder, 150 on rest, figured I dropped a valve, so pulled head no problem there, any ideas I am puzzled
