S10 lack of power

i have a 2002 s10 zr2 with 120k miles. When every the engine rpms are over 3200 there is a severe loss of power and the valves begine to chatter. I have had a k&n intake install for sometime but have had no problems untill the winter hit with -10 degree weather.There is 2 codes showing up, one for the oxgen sensor heater circuit bank2 and one for the mass air flow sensor. I have not replaced the O2 sensor yet but i did find the intake lose at the thottle body. I don't want to replace sensors that are functioning properly and i need some advice about where to start to solve this problem

what engine 2,2 or 4.3 and let me know the codes , so i can direct you further

it's a 4.3 liter and the 2 codes are PO101 and PO155.
PO101 is a mass air flow sensor error which maybe from the intake being lose but i'm not sure since i didn't have the codes cleared.
PO155 is HO2S Heater performance bank 2 sensor 1, i believe this is the sensor by the cat. i have had this code for a while and have notice no change in operation so i have been lazy in replacing it.

bank 2 sensor 1 is on the right manifold , oh and those colad air intakes dont work , ive done pleny of tests , they suck hot air from the engine and make it run worse , if you have some tools , i can tell you or even show you pics of what i have come up with and it wont cost a dime

I should have the tools to do just about anything short of pulling the motor. I'd like to see what you came up with. And with the new intake i did notice a HP increase, not a hugh increase but some, and i like the way it sounds :), thanks for the time you have given me so far.
