I have a 2000 S-10 4 cylinder 2.3 it has 96789 miles it has no problem starting(starts every time) but when I press the accelerator it sounds like it is bogging down. If I am driving it I can go approx. 20 miles per hour for about a mile and then 15 and then 9 untill it boggs out completly! If any one had a similar issue or knows what I can do to fix this please let me know.

i had the same problem with a 94 dodge ram truck and after taking it back to the dodge dealership garage 6 times (with no luck), a small repair shop owner told me it was the MAP OR MAF sensor. he changed it for me and it ran perfect and never did it again! hope this helps you out, i am not a mechanic and i was going crazy myself!!
