Hi, I have a 1995 2.2 four cylinder in it. It has A/C on it. I turn the air or heater on and it just blows and does not put out much air even on higher setting.
I have read that it coud be a vacuum line or something in the dash. Could you be more specific on the vacuum line problem. Is it a small 1/4 inch line like on the firewall, or do I have to tear the whole dash apart? The 3/4" line has not leaks on the blower itself.
Thanks

You most likely have a broken or disconnected vacuum line to the servos under the dash that control the air flow. On the older S-10's there is one near the gas pedal that may get disconnected. Also, check where the vacuum line goes through the firewall.

On my 1988 S-10, the plastic clip was broke that holds the servo rod to the door that it actuates. So if all the lines are okay, check the servos.

I have a 2002 S-10 with the same problem. The air seems to blow okay for the first ten minutes of a drive, after that I get a lot of noise from the blower, but minimal air.
