Horn/Radio

I let my brother borrow my 87 S10 (big mistake) One of the things that happened when he had it is that the horn and radio no longer work. He said it happened after a thunderstorm and maybe got struck by lightning. He changed the fuses and still the same. Can you suggest anything? It's an old beater truck but I need my radio!

Check the fuses, with a test light, make sure you are getting juice on both sides of the fuses, to check to see if you are getting voltage to the horn disconnect the wire going to the horn and use the test light to see if you have voltage when someone presses the horn.
