Chevy S-10 Hood

I just purchased a 93 Chevy S-10 Blazer with about 150,000 miles. Unfortunately the hood release is broke. I'm not worried about that right now though, I was just wondering if there is an easy way to pop the hood?

if the end is still under the dash you can pull it with a pair of pliers. if it's broke under the hood you'll have to access it underneath the truck or through the fender well.
