83 Chevy s-10 oil and brake fluid problem

Hi i have a 83 Chevy s-10 V6 2.8 liter.
Problem I am having is the engine oil and brake fluid are draining really quick. Having to fill them both up alot here lately.
Any ideas on what it could be?

How many miles on the engine. For the brake fluid i would check for brake leaks everywehre on the brake system, there could be a little hole somewhere leaking not enough for a spongy pedal but enough for it to leak.
