2003 Chevy S-10 Wipers

Hi, the wipers seem to want to come on on their own. They don't work sometimes at all and then others work fine. Even on all delay settings. The truck has a brand new wiper motor and we checked all the lines running to and from it. Anyone have any ideas?

Is it coming on when the switch is off? If so, have you checked the switch?
