2003 Chevy S-10 Idles rough

When stop or park the idle drops to 5500 and gets a little rough.
When just idling down the road with foot off the pedal it idles at 7500.
Is that normal? Why is it getting rough? PcV valve?

The idle air control valve could be sticking try cleaning it and see what happens
