2003 Chevy S-10 fuel pump replaced no start

S-10 2003, 4wd crew cab new fuel pump . Wont start, Spark at plug wires , Plugs fouled bad with fuel carbonded & wet w/fuel

scanned codes on vehical DTC code showing of p1626 passlock control module code, should the module be replaced or can the code be maunualy relearned so the vehical will start ? ( yes it worked)
Pass code module had bad ground wire fixed.

Battery was replaced due to bad pump and hard cranking start due to bad pump, due to bad battery replacement it triggerd pass lock safety code.
