The other day I started hearing a decently loud clicking sound as I was driving. Upon further investigation I tracked it down to the AC compresor. It only clicks when the AC is on at any level as well as either one of the defrost positions. The belt is turning the front pully and the air blows cold? Any sugetsions?

You have a compressor on the way to failure. Sometimes they survive a while like that and sometimes they don't. You may want to have it checked by an A/C shop to determine if there is something that is triggering the failure like a fan not working properly or an overcharged system.
