The engine runs smooth but has never had a tuneup. Starts with no problem. MPG between 15-17, but I deliver mail with it and many starts and stops on my route. Should I have it tuned up anyway or wait until it starts to misbehave...misses, shakes, hard to start, etc?

spark plugs are in for 100,000 miles. as you rely on this for work as well get a tune up , change filters, plugs etc. you should be good for another 100,000
