SOMTIMES ,THERE IS A TAPPING NOISE DURING ACCELERATION WHEN ENGINE IS WARMED UP.

does this truck really have only 4,400 miles on it? It could be a leak at the exhust manifold. Not likely tho if it only have 4,400 miles on it. Let me know.
