2002 Chevy S-10 Truck shake at all speeds above 20mph

I have a shake in the truck that feels like it is coming from the rear of the truck. It almost feels like I have a tire out of balance but I just had new tires put on the truck about a 500 miles ago and it wasn't shaking then. I was just wondering if there is anything else that would cause the truck to shake just driving down the road (ie. rear axle, motor mounts, transmission mount, u joints, drive shaft) the shake is not worse or better when I slow down or speed up. Like I said it feels exactly like a tire is out of balance.

rotate the rear wheels to the front and see if the vibration follows.

You could have a tire with a slipped belt.
