Were these problems present before the engine swap?

Did you pay a shop to do this?

Does the fuel pump energize when the no start is happening?

What lights are flashing on and off and when do the do this?

IS the a/c intermittantly not blowing air? If so what speeds? OR is the a/c intermitantly not cold?
