When it doesn't start, have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?

Let me know.

It has fuel and spark I fail to say that when the temp outside is cold it wont start but whe it gets warm out it will start I was told it could be the temp manifold temp sensor

It could be. Its purpose is to tell the computer both the ambient and coolant temperature. With that info, the computer determines how rich to make the fuel mixture. If it is too lean, it will be hard to start when it's cold.
