2002 Chevy S-10 Noise

I have a 2002 Chevy S-10 4X4 ZR2. There is a humming noise coming from the left front side. The noise gets louder the faster I go and will stop when I turn to the left but it does not stop when I turn to the right. Any Ideas? Thanks

sounds like a loose wheel bearing. check and see if it is loose.
