2002 Chevy S-10 Idle low at stop or shift then retuns to no

My idle will go to 350-400 rpm when shifting into gear or coming to a stop then return to 550-650 and stay there. It basically just dips down then returns to normal.

I have replaced the iac tps maf plugs wires cap and rotor are good new fuel filter changed the vent and purge solenoid checked evap system for leaks Vacume is good fuel pressure is good. Ran top end cleaned through several times had injectors cleaned X2

Took the thing into the dealer they scanned it and got nothing. He reset the computer and it will run good for awhile then start up again with the idle problems.

Is there a check engine light that comes on? Why is he reseting it. Whats the code

There are no codes. He was reading 3% on the tps upon rekey. I had turned up the throttle stop set screw to try and overcome the low idle. I have turned it back since.
