2002 Chevy S-10 Heater fan not working.

Is there a fuse for the heater fan, and if so, where is it located?

You have under hood fuse block HVAC fuse 30A
also check blower motor relay located on center rear of engine compartment

disconnect blower motor turn key on place switch at high and check for power and ground
at the wiring plug
if no ground suspect resister
you have both motor no good
