I recently started having problems with my fuel pump not always cycling upon turning on the ignition. I have since replaced the fuel pump and wiring harness to it. I have grounded the pump straight to the frame, replaced the relay and installed a new fly wheel position sensor and yet the fuel pump doesn't always run. I have removed the bed of the truck twice a re-checked all my connections as well as tested to make sure the new fuel pump still works. Any ideas?????

Are you talking about the 2 second burst it has at key on, before cranking? Is this creating a problem, perhaps an extended crank?
