2002 Chevy S-10 fuel

my truck idles fine, but when i hit the accelerator fast or normal it bogs and backfires, but if i hit it slowly i can get to 4000rpm. i recently changed the fuel pump. now the whole time i rev the engine the gas stays at around 50psi. any suggestions thanks

When was the last time the plugs, cap rotor were changed?
