2002 Chevy S-10 Cooling Leak

I have a problem with constant leaking from the overflow tube on my cooling resivoir. I flushed and changed the coolant. There aren't any leaks from the radiator it is just coming from the overflow tube. I would like to know what the cause of this is could be and how serious it is.

is the hose cracked or is it coming from where it slips onto the radiator and onto the resevoir?

it is coming out of the bottom of the overflow hose there aren't any cracks in the hoses
