Does clutch come back up when you let off or does it stay to the floor?

Check the clutch fluid in the master cylinder under hood. Let me know if it is full/empty/burnt smell etc.

Master cylinder is kind of like the brake master cylinder and is usually located beside of the brake master cylinder. The brake master cylinder is where the brake fluid is poured at. The clutch master cylinder is for the clutch fluid. It is a small plastic-like container which holds the extra clutch fluid.

Yes, brake fluid is correct. Let me know how it feels after it is filled and bled.
