CAR WILL BE RUNNING NORMALLY, THEN SUDDENLY MY GAUGES (ALL) LITE UP AND VEHICLE COMPLETELY DIES POWER AND ALL.

And does it restart or you have to wait

check for spark

AFTER IT DIES I HAVE TO YES RESTART IT. FIRES ON THE 1ST TURN.

now is it as you are slowing down does it stall or under power foot on the gas
check IAC (idle air control valve if on slow down )
do you have any codes ?
