My water pump and nanifold leak was replace 2years ago. Now I was told they are leaking again.
Only 12000 miles have been put on the car since. The car has a total of 59060 miles ii on it. what can be causing this problem

I would get a second appinion. It may only be the water pump and check teh warantee given when you had teh work done. I don't see how both could be leaking again unless the original repair was just patched and not repaired as you were told?
