OK my truck is showing po300 code. I cannot figure this thing out. New plugs, wires, cap rotor, ran comp check, seem up to par. New fuel pump and filter. The truck runs great at wot. But at steady speeds or even in park it just misses bad. Just tinkering around I unplugged the tps. And it quit missfire. Im not real familiar with all the electronics. So I went and bought a new tps and well no diff in the missfires so I guess that ruled that out. I need help please

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following-inspect and test all the following below:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
