2001 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 106XXX miles

My radiator hose has a hole in my 2001 chevy s10 pickup is there a patch available or a method to patch since I dont have the money to replace the hose at this point in time

Only way I know you could do it is get a piece of pipe about 4 inches long that will just barely fit inside the hose and cut the hose where the hole is and join it back together with the pipe and hose clamps
