hello I have been having this problem with my truck for a few months now, I had the engine worked on and when I got it back the mechanic told me that my # 2 injector is not working properly so I drove of like that but then the truck started running real ruff, I noticed that when I would mess with the connector on top of the injector the truck would run perfect so I thought that maybe the connector would be the problem, I then went to a local junk yard and got one but it still did the same thing, they told me that more than likely it’s the injector it self but I don’t under stand why is it that when I move the connector on top it runs good?

Turn key to run and check for power at both injector or hook a noid lite to the injector harness connector and crank engine over it should be pulsing. Also might want to check the injector's resistances.

I did the test light and there is power at the harness,
do you think it might be the injector it self then?

it just seams weird that when I move the harness around it runs good and when I stop it don’t its kind of like if theirs a wire or something not making good contact

when i move the conector it works good. Check the connector could be a break in the wire do a continuity check between the injector connector and computer harness connector.
