2001 Chevy S-10 AC and Heater blower motor

My blower motor in my 2001 S10 stopped working last winter. I checked all the fuses, and replace the blower. But it is still not coming on. I think it might be the control panel it self. What else could it be? Also what are some of the parts of the control panel that can go bad.

No I think it is the blower motor relay. Here is a pic of what it should look like. Pull it and look for any burnt markings on it.
