2000 Chevy S-10 Fuel pump

I have a 2000 chevy s10 2wd 4cly with 95,000 mi. Almost a year ago I changed the fuel pump but I didnt change the fuel filter. My truck feels like it slippy when I take off and when im on the highway, I think its the tranny but I recently changed the oil and I not sure if its the spark pluggs?

If it feels like a miss then it is probably the fuel filter, that is the number one reason fuel pumps go out. Also why you have to get one to have a warranty on the pump. If it is slipping when it changes gears then you probably are correct with the transmission problem.
