my truck will not fire when its moist out the engine turns over but will there is no spark sometime after I stop turning it over it kinda spudders its only when its wet out

Check at night when its wet out. Turn vehicle over to start under the hood where its dark check to see if you can see anywhere it shorts out. Sometimes you will see small sparks where it grounds out.
