2000 Chevy S-10 no response when I turn key

Is this a fuse or relay problem

Could be starter or neutral safety switch. Check voltage to ignition wire on starter. If 12 volts then it could be the starter is bad. If you don't have 12 volts then it may be the neutral safety switch.
