2000 Chevy S-10 goes crazy

my a/c goes crazy, on hi it looses power and feels like its on low, then all of a sudden it just starts blowing really hard. at times it just doesnt turn on at all, and the a/c control panel gets very hot. when it doesnt turn on, if i hit a pot hole all of a sudden it turns on. what can it be?

Have you checked to see if the blower motor relay and or resister are bad?

no, can that be the cause to all the crazyness its doing? by the way it completly died the other day. it doesn't even turn on now.

Yes, it could be the cause. If it no longer works at all, I would start by checking the relay. Switch it as I mentioned in the other posting.

Let me know if that changes anything.
