2000 Chevy S-10 fuel pump

Our trucks feul pump keeps going out. My husband puts in a new one and in less than a year its bad again.I keep thinking there is something making the pumps go bad. If you have any suggestions that can shed some light on this problem that would be great. Thanks, Tanya

Hi Tanya,

Has he changed out the wiring harness at the pump.
It is highly recommended when changing fuel pump.
