I don't know much about vehicles, but my truck was fine this morning and after work i started it and it sounded 3 times louder, the exhaust was always pretty quiet until today. I know something is wrong with the exhaust, i just need to know what part and how much it aprx cost to get fixed please or what should I do to fix it?

Get underneath it and check if the exhaust is leaking so you can identify where its leaking could be a flange connection

Hi there,

This can be one of a number of exhaust components, possibly you have broken one of th pipes due to rust, so this should now be put up on a hoist and have the exhaust fully investigated, it will be a lot quicker to get a mechanic to fix this one.
