While driving along, transmission goes from Drive to 3rd gear. On this date, this happened 26 times within 25 miles driving. Now it stays in 3rd gear. Had computer check 2 weeks ago. Diagnosis was "bad ignition switch" Dealer replaced switch and now problem is worse. What is my problem?

When transmission is locked in 3rd speed, it is known as " Limp Mode". An error has been detected in the transmission control system.

What was the EXACT trouble code retrieved?
Get another scan done and let me know the EXACT trouble code present.
