Recently my truck started vibrating around 10mph and will continue to do so if you maintain that speed. It shakes the truck, but will stop when you accelerate. It also does it everytime you stop, but not when you apply the brake, it's when the speedometer reaches 15-10mph. I will go ahead and tell you that within the past month I have had 4 new tires installed, front caliphurs, and front brakes (if that helps to rule out anything). Is it possibly a tire rod or suspension?

Yes a tie rod can do that.
You can check your tie rod easily. Raise the vehicle with a jack and place jack stands under to support.
Then try to to move the tie rod up and down (from ball socket), if you can move it up and down, it's worn. You will be able to move it back and forth, it's normal.
I would also check other parts like
Ball Joints
Wheel bearings
Lug nuts
caliper bolts
rotors and loose brake pads.
And tire pressure.
