i need to replace blower motor which is making noise (like the bearings are shot and it whirs, doesn't blow @ first 2 fan speeds only last 2 speeds) and i need a diagram to dis/re-assemble unit.

The noise is likely due to a bad blower motor and the speed problem would be a bad blower motor resister which is located right next to the blower motor in the engine compartment.
