driver side wiper blade was froze to windshield while passenger side was not. turned on wipers and driver side did not move while passenger side did work. know driver side will not move while passenger side works fine.

Look for a plastic cover that will pop up on the pivot. You should see a nut. Tighten that baby up when the arm is in the right positionj.
