1999 Chevy S-10 vacum lines on the engine.

I failed Calif. Emissions test, NOX. I looked at my engion and fould a missing Vacum hose(driver side cornor next to fire wall, one line was attacked to the EGR sensor, another to the top center of the engine.
there is a third open line on the vacum tee, where dose it go?
