1999 Chevy S-10 Blower motor question

All of a sudden on a freshly snowed morning my blower motor would not work. and hasen't worked since. There is 11.5vdc going into the fan speed switch. I would jump power directly to the motor if i knew where the plug was. And relay box does not have info on which is the blower motor relay. or else i would check that as well. PLEASE help. It's cold.....
This is the only vehicle i can get to work in. And i'm trying to do this as cheaply as possible since i don't have much money.

Hi, thanks for the donation, the blower relay shows to be underhood, center rear, probably on the firewall. If you can see wiring colors on the connector, match the colors. Also, the blower motor, underhood passenger side rear.
