i have a new battery but the gauge in the dash is showing low voltage. Also the battery icon stays on all the time. Thanks, dale burkett

I'd have to use a voltage tester across battery posts, to check for full charge. Battery connections good on both ends? I'd also have to check the charging system. The instrument cluster wiring, might have an issue?
