I have a chevy s10 manual transmission and every time I start out it makes like a rattling noise is that the cluch or loose parts?

Well I did nothings loose I think its in the trans. Becuse every time I drop the cluch it does that and its when im in first gear.

When you have the noise stepping down on the clutch will make it fade away
