1998 Chevy S-10 Turn signals

All 4 turn signal lights do not work. Could it be the flasher-unit, and if so, where is it located.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I checked the appropriate fuses and they were OK. How about the Signal-light Flasher-unit? And where is it?
